Compute cluster information

The returned tibble contains the id of the cluster benchmark, the cluster radius and diameter, and group number for each cluster.

Usage

getBenchmarkInformation(dmat, groups)

Arguments

dmat

distance matrix

groups

groups resulting from clustering

Value

data frame with cluster information
